Grease filter

It must be cleaned once a month (or when the filter saturation indicator system - if fitted to your model - indicates this is necessary), with non-aggressive detergents, manually or in a dishwasher at low temperatures and on a short cycle. When washing in the dishwasher, the metal grease filter may become discoloured, but its filtering characteristics do not change at all. To remove the grease filter, pull the spring-loaded release handle.
